Buoy Wear Floating Hat Review

Here at ComeKiteWithUs we fish ALOT down in Mexico and had the chance recently to review the floating hat by Buoy Wear for fishing, boating and wearing on & off the water.   Buoy Wear is water sports enthusiats creating apparel for water sports enthusiats.  The crew there was sick of losing their hats to the water while doing what they love, fishing, SUPing and kiteboarding (we understand their pain exactly).  So, they created a hat that always floats for fishing junkies.   

These hats float above the water's surface and fit just like a normal hat.  Although, there is nothing normal about the hat for fishing with features like; quick dry material, no water retention, insulated for warmth, UV protection, water repellent fabric coating, water-proof logo and much more.  

We really like how the hat keeps us warm during those colder mornings out on the water.  The style is sweet and the Camo hat is our favorite by far.  In the past, I had lost numerous hats on my boat and SUP board when fishing and now with the new buoy hat I will never lose one again to the water gods.  It truly floats above the waters surface and will never sink or sit just below the surface, like all my other hats did.   The hat is great for anyone that loves to spend time on the water fishing.  We give TWO THUMBS UP and definitely recommend this hat.
